Problem: The existing mobile application was inherited from a prior contracted team and primarily functioned as an alert viewer, often redirecting users back to the web platform to complete operational workflows.

Solution: Helped expand the application into a more complete mobile command experience by redesigning the UI, implementing accessibility features, supporting responsive phone and tablet layouts, and developing workflows for live camera monitoring, alert review, and Detect/Track operations.

Recovering and Migrating a Web Platform at Tech Fleet

Problem: After being selected as a development team co-lead and helping build the team, we discovered the previous development team had exited unexpectedly, leaving limited documentation, unclear technical history, and evolving stakeholder requirements.

Solution: Helped recover project artifacts, reconstruct the technical baseline, audit legacy Firebase infrastructure, establish team workflows, and support the migration from React to Next.js.
